Image box with text overlay

Hey peeps
I’m looking for something similar to this website with images:

When you hover over on an image box, copy will appear. At the bottom of this image is some copy with information on it. When you click on the image, it opens up into a new page.
Do you guys know of any plugin that does a similar result?
