image border color not changing in IE

  • hi guys.
    When I use the Visual Editor to add an image to a post, it wraps that image in a <p> tag automatically. No problem there, but when I mouse over the image, its border color doesn’t change.
    It does change in Firefox.
    The images border colors do change in both IE and Firefox if the image is not inside a <p> tag (but in this case, I wouldn’t be able to use the Visual Editor.

    Any fix to this?
