Image Blurs when zoomed

    Hi

    We’re using the WP Image Zoom PRO on our website to showcase numerous product images. Trouble is when a product image is zoomed, it shows up heavily blurred or pixelated (as shown in the linked page).

    Is there a solution for this? Do you know a method to solve this? Do we need to increase pixel-wise the size of the product images?

    Also not sure if this is a part of your plugin but the small thumbnail below the product image is also pixelated? Any ideas why?

    Please be aware that we are not the most knowledgeable in WordPress ?? ….

    Hello,

    I would recommend to leave the Zoom Level option to default, as shown in this screenshot, and try uploading a bigger image, preferably about 1200px width. The pixel-wise size doesn’t matter, simply upload a bigger image.

    As about the thumbnails, there is an option in WooCommerce used to resize the thumbnail size. In your case 130x170px or bigger should be fine. The option is on the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display page and it’s called “Product Thumbnails”, as in this screenshot. Note that you need to regenerate the thumbnails (here is a tutorial about it).
