Image Block not appearing on mobile

  • New to MailPoet so I’m puzzled why my image block (not the background image…. not using that) isn’t appearing on mobile. Also, it seems the popup is appearing as a flyout. Client doesn’t want that. Wants the popup and image on all devices. Can this be fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    By default, images are intentionally removed from subscription forms on mobile to provide better user experience and performance.

    You can try to use CSS code to force the image to be shown if you want to continue using the image as a background. Or try to add it as an image block and it should work.
