Image block Link Settings

    It appears that installing and activating the Gutenberg plugin removes the Link Settings section when inserting images.

    I am using the Gutenberg editor, not Classic.
    I insert an image block, choose media from the Media Library, and select it.
    Return to document and select image block. Link Settings options are not there.
    Disable Gutenberg plugin, the options reappear.

    Known issue? How can I get round this – any options?
