Please try regenerating the thumbnails from the Regenerate button that appears at yoursite[dot]com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=tools.

Hi Kharis,

This didn’t work but I found a solution. I choose a custom size for the thumbnails but I should have chosen square thumbnails (1:1). Then it works.
