Image and description

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a plugin to order some projects. I would like to have an image on the left, a clickable title and a description. Under the description I would like to be able to add some custom icons.

I found this great plugin called Huge-it gallery, however I can’t make the title clickable and I can’t add icons under the description. Is there any easy way to have a simple box like table with images on the left a description and some icons?
