image alt text as link popup

The widget appears to use the image alt text as link popup (i.e. the anchor title).
This is not ideal in a lot of cases.
e.g. if the (link) image is an emblem of an organisation, which is used to link to that organisation, good alt text would describe the image (e.g. blue and red flowers as emblem of xxxx Organisation), where as the link popup would be best as “Visit xxxx Organisation website”An extra field for the link popup would be good.
