• Hi,

    I run a SEO test in order to check the issues of my website that should be fixed and I found that the I have 10 img tags and 7 of them have the required ‘alt’ attribute. I checked all of the images that I have and I added the alt attribute by inserting the correspondent HTML line. Nevertheless, when I run this SEO test again it gives me the same message. As if I hadn’t fixed anything.

    Is there any other way to see what are the images that need to be fixed?

    Thank you,
    Dora

    Have you any caching plugins?

    First time I hear this.

    How they could help me with the alt attribute that is missing?

    Caching plugins can hinder you by saving old versions of your website and giving you the illusion that your changes have not worked. Which plugins have you?

    I just checked it Andrew and I don’t have the caching plugins.

    It’s been 2 days now that I updated this alt attribute…

    There should be a difference since I added this attribute to more that 3 img tags that supposedly were missing it. the HTML line that I checked so every img tag should have is the following:
    <img src=”image.png” alt=”text_to_describe_your_imga”>

    Any ideas??
