Image aligned left obscures blockquote border – why?
-
I use a modified version of Kubrick at https://www.myglasseye.net/news so basically most of the CSS is untouched. However I’ve hit a problem.
Blockquote text has a cool little border on the left hand side. However, because it’s just that – a border – when I post an image and use the alignleft to put it on the left and have text wrap flush around it, the quote text floats over but the border stays on the left hand side and gets obscured by the image. This is obviously because the CSS that Kubrick uses has all images that use alignleft floated to the left.
Of course if I use alignright on the image instead I circumvent the problem, but me being me I want to find a way to fix the problem! ??
Anyone?
