• I have tried everything that people suggest, but I can’t get my images to align correctly with my new template. I am trying to align the images to the right but the text is to close to the image. I am currently using the Plain-Vanilla Theme and WordPress 1.5.1.2. My blog is located at https://www.zachkarst.com/wp. An example of the problem is located at https://www.zachkarst.com/wp/2005/04/27/airbus-a380-flies-3/. I have tried image plugins also but I can never get them to work. I know I need to add something to my CSS file but when ever I try it never works. My CSS file is located at https://www.zachkarst.com/style.css so if anyone wants to download it and see what is wrong please do. I want to also thank anyone that helps before hand. If you fix the CSS file just email it to me at [email protected].

  • Have you taken a look at this article Wrapping Text Around Images in the Codex?

To add “space” around an image, within the styles for the image in the style.css for your Theme, simply adding padding or margins or increase the ones that are there. The article will help.

Did you get this fixed? I use the same theme you do and I do not have any problems like you’re having. What is the padding on you style.css (can’t open it on this system)?

Sorry, I have been on vacation and haven’t been able to get on the internet until now. I tried Lorelle’s suggestion, but it did not work. The image stays on the top and the text is below. I can’t get anything to work. I think I will just re-download the theme and use that CSS file.

I adjusted the padding and everything is fine now. When I adjusted the padding before it was in the wrong place. Thanks for all your help.

I’m glad it all worked out!! I love the vanilla theme myself ??
