Image ads not refreshing

    So we started using your plugin and it was working fine for us. But now the image ads are not refreshing. None of your websites are working so can’t see what’s to solve this issue or if even upgrading is an option. Please let us know what we need to do to fix this problem.

    What do you mean by “not refreshing”?
    Advanced Ads comes with various options to “refresh” an ad.

    its suppose to change to the next image. But when we refresh the page it keeps the same image.

    Does your site use any caching?

    any cache plugins no. wpengine our host caches everything.

    I have tried to look this up and none of your links are working. Your whole website all i get is wpadvancedads.com’s server IP address could not be found.

    I was able to pull up the website on my phone. Don’t know why it is not loading for me on my desktop.
