Image: a different look in chrome

Please help.
Previous perhaps you can visit my website ( https://www.unpar.ac.id ) through a browser mozilla firefox and chrome. In the column ‘opini’, the displayed image can be different both browsers. In the browser chrome, the picture does not appear full. But when I inspect element in the image, the image appears full. Why did it happen this way? Is there any solution? Thank you in advance.
