I’m unable to set the slider to slide only one slide at a time

  • Please check the link. I’ve created two sliders using slide anything plugin. But I want to slide only one slide at a time in my first slider & four in the second one. I’ve tried to do this by changing the setting in the ‘Items Displayed’ metabox on the righthand side of pluging’s Slider page but it’s not getting applied to sliders on front page.

    Please give solution to this asap.

  • now you can have a look at the site justforcause.com in your updated chrome browser and one in your other browser in my case i used the phone bundled browser to see the difference.

    i even tried a different way two different instances of sa slider one for desktop which would be invisible on mobile device and setting it to show 4 slides.

    and one sa slider for mobile setting it to one so it shows only one on mobile device but it even didn’t worked it started showing nothing at all .

    Well now we’ve pinpointed the issue as a conflict with the Layer Slider plugin – Because EdgeWebPages works fine on your Mobile Browser, its not a Mobile Browser issue (process of elimination). Unfortunately I do not own a copy of Layer Slider, so cannot play around with it. Are there optimization settings within Layer Slider? e.g. minimise CSS or JS code. Place JS in header/footer. Anything like that you can test?

    i could help you out with a copy of layer slider if you need and then why it happens only in chrome browser.

    and there no minimise css or js codes placed in layer slider

    i have contacted you through contact form on your site if you could reply to that i will just send my copy of layer slider or i could give you access to my website.

    as sa slider is very importnat in my plans i can’t plan the site without using it.

    Also – do you have the latest version of Layer Slider? Is it out of date?

    yes i am using version 6.7.6 it’s the latest release.

    I managed it to solve it out.

    this solved it just showing 4 slides for desktop view and hiding it on mobile device

    & making one sa slider to show 1 slide everywhere even on mobile device and desktop and hide this slider for desktop view.
    odd way but it helped me out.
