Im Unable to Offload Any Images

    Im trying to offload , its showing inprogress when i select bulk offload but nothing is offloaded to cloudflare it seems, by manually clicking offload in media lists its showing error 7000, i checked the logs its showing “missing cloudflare image_id or hash”.

    Hi @darshith,

    If images are not being offloaded, most likely, it’s an issue with the API token. Please have a look at this article that details how to setup an API token with required permissions.

    I have tried multiple times, API token setup is done as guided by you in that article.

    @darshith, hm… The 7000 error is something on the Cloudflare API side. Do you have Cloudflare Images add-on enabled on your Cloudflare account? By any chance, do you have an enterprise account?

    Images add-on is enabled , its showing hash number, 100000 image limit and everything else , I have pro plan not the enterprise plan.

    Would you be able to send me your API token and account ID via the contact form here https://vcore.au/contact-us/? Or if you can view the browser console while doing the requests and check for the response on the XHR requests when you offload individual images.
