• Please help. I’m new to word press and I created a whole site and I tried to move it to my main directory and now I’m unable to access the website content by going to the URL. I believe I tried to change the URL directly and remove the temporary URL and this happened. My folder still exisits and my content loads through the admin site but I do not see the theme, nor any visuals through wordpress.

i.e I used to be able to go to https://newyorkmasonry.com/wp and I could see the whole website with ALL content. Now I cant even access that page. However if I go to wp-admin I can log in to admin but I don’t see the website load within word press nor any themes. Even if I press Visit Site it just loads and loads. Please any help.

    Thanks
    John

    John,

Your site is available at this URL: https://newyorkmasonry.com

I’m not sure what happened, but it looks good to me. Beautiful website!

    I hope this helps.

Your site opens at https://newyorkmasonry.com. And it looks. Not sure what your confusion is. Kindly elaborate if you are mentioning about the different issue.

Yes newyorkmasonry.com works but that’s the old site which is pointing too.

When I created the new WP site it had a temporary URL that I was able to view my site at newyorkmasonry.com/wp

If I go to this site with /WP it doesn’t work anymore. However I can log into newyorkmasonry.com/WP/wp-admin and edit it. The issue still is that even though I can get in through admin my theme or site view isn’t available beciase when I go to select “view Site” it directs me to newyorkmasonry.com/WP which is not working.

    Thanks
    John

One of your plugins or themes might be doing this. Try deactivating them.

I tried deactivate them but still not allowing access to view site. I see my pages and wording content within the page but when I press view site or customize it doesn’t show me my page. It’s like its no pointing to the correct directory when I goto newyorkmasonry. Com/WP.

Also when I go to newyorkmasonry.com/WP its saying “too many redirects”
