I’m trying to test the plugin, but it fails

I’m trying to obtain the Access Key to test CleanTalk, but I can’t register. It says there is already an account associated with my site, but I haven’t been able to recover the supposed account. I’ve tried with all my emails, but I can’t manage it. I also tried using the button that says ‘create new account anyway,’ but it gives me this error: ‘Calls limit exceeded, method name get_api_key()’. It has been impossible to test the plugin
