I’m the new webmaster, and I DONT HAVE THE LOGIN

  • I’m the new webmaster of this page, https://www.inep.ufsc.br
    and i dont have the login for the wordpress.
    I’ve looked into the wp-config file and i saw a username
    and a password,
    but i’ve tried and it didnt work.

    It say that it could not find the user in the databank.
    And that maybe login or password are wrong.

    Since i have no way to find the last webmaster,

    how can i solve my problem?

    I really need to solve this quickly.

  • You will need to get into your database. The username and password in the wp-config file are for the database, *not* for the WordPress admin. This guide should help:

    but i can’t find any database’s here,
    or phpmy admin.

    I really dont know how he do it..

    i’ll download phpmyadmin and learn how to use it, to see if i can solve this.

    But if anyone has anything to help me, im gratefull.

    Normally, your host should offer the phpMyadmin in the site management tools.
