I'm really getting sick of having to rewrite entire posts

  • many times now the post has accidentally closed and ALL IS TOTALLY LOST because advanced custom fields DOES NOT AUTOSAVE WITH WORDPRESS!!!! Which means if your post closes without manually saving YOU LOSE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve had the last straw with the garbage, looking for an alternative now.

  • Sorry but do you really think this plugin deserves a 1 star rating based on the fact that it doesn’t auto save when you accidentally close the webpage before you are finished editing?

    I have been using the ACF plugin for a little while now and I can honestly say that it is a very well built plugin. Its ease of use is superior to any other plugin you will find in its category.

    You can try the simple fields plugin but I think you will have the same issues plus more. At the end of the day you will probably come back to ACF because it really is the best out there.

    yes it deserves 1 star because of the depth of the issue and refusal to fix it and hundreds of hours of writing lost due to relying on this plug. Defintely deserves 1 star.
