I’m Not Receiving Emails from Contact Form

Hi. I am not receiving emails that are submitted through our contact form. I made sure my email address is correct in my admin profile in the dashboard, and I reviewed the two posts on this subject in the forum, but need some guidance on how to resolve. Please advise.
