I’m not receiving any email for contact form7.

Mine have been fine in the past, but the past few weeks, nothing is coming through. I’ve checked using 4 different forms that I know worked, but all of the tests I’ve done, pop up with the message that my info has sent, but nothing arrives in my email. We are missing important sign-ups for our events because the contact form information is not going through to my email. They were working fine until a few weeks ago.

I have two servers one that is from a company 4 years ago and that does not happen to me, now I have a new server and it asks me to install a wp-smtp plugin then because they ask for that plugin because the server has blocked the mail function ( ) then they have to tell the hosting provider to activate or unblock it, they say they do this because of the spam issue or if they do not install that plugin wp-smtp and they put the smtp parameters of your server related to the domain and the port, good successes

Tengo dos servidores uno que es de una empresa de 4 a?os atras y en ese no me pasa problemas, ahora tengo un servidor nuevo y me pide que instale un plugin wp-smtp entonces porque piden ese plugin porque el servidor tiene bloqueado la funcion mail() entonces tienen que decirles al proveedor de hosting que lo active o desbloquee, dicen que hacen esto por el tema de los spam o si no instalen ese pluging wp-smtp y le pongan los parametros del smtp de tu servidor relacionado con el dominio y el puerto, bueno éxitos
