I'm not always receiving email notification of contact submission

  • Hi, First, I really like this plugin.

    On several of my sites I’m not receiving all the contact forms. Sometimes it will send a confirmation email to the customer and sometimes not, and often I do not get the contact form and neither do my local business customers.
    For about half of the contact forms submitted I have to go into the submissions log and copy & paste the details to an email to send to my clients.
    I have no idea why we get some and not others. It has been happening since December.

    It’s not easy to give an answer without detailed information regarding your WordPress setup.

    Are you using a plugin that manages email sending overriding or changing the behaviour of WordPress wp_mail() function? If wp_mail() uses the PHP mail() function, how is the server configured to send emails? Can you check the mail log and/or the php error log? Can you check if the mails are blocked by some kind of filter/blacklist/antispam system?
