I’m not able to “Add new” post.

When adding a new post, I am not able to type in the “paragraph” section, only in the title area. We are using Yoast premium and the plug in is no longer showing within editing the post either. When I view previously published blogs, the Yoast plug in does show but the readability continues to spin, and the SEO score is always red even when it shouldn’t be.?I went through troubleshooting if it was the Yoast plug in but it doesn’t seem to be the problem because when deactivating, I’m still not able to add text to new posts.
The issue first started with Yoast acting add with the constant spinning. Then the next day, the issue with typing in the paragraph text box started.
