“I’m Not A Robot” image disappeared

My gravity form is missing the captcha image. I have made no recent code changes, no new plugins. Not sure if the recent update corrupted some file but I need help trying to troubleshoot and fix this please if anyone can offer any solutions. Thank you for your time.
