I'm missing editing tools on only one page – help!

    I have no way of editing my homepage although every other page has the options for Visual and Text editor. Is it simply a matter of clicking a specific button to make it re-appear? I would very much appreciate any info….I have a screenshot but no idea how to upload it to this (techno-dunce.) Thank you in advance….

    I take it you have static homepage enabled? What happens when you set a different page as the homepage?

    Thank you Rajat – my computer is saying that word isn’t working at the mo but will try again soon.

    Venutius – I am just about to try that….my computer skills are VERY limited so in order to keep myself from screaming I think this is my only option!! Thank you both muchly

    So what is the progress in this?
    The issue can be caused by different things, such as theme, plugins, wp errors, hosting problems etc. You need to be sure, what exactly it is all about.

    Thank you all, I restarted the page and found out that I hadn’t installed the plugin that I needed. I hadn’t realised that there even WAS a plugin to give me this option so thank you for bringing that to my attention – problem solved…..
