I’m looking for a plug-in

An upload manager of some sort, I want to be able to create catagories, or folders…something to organize my files (images and rar, zip files)

I’m running a site with downloads, and I have different users, I want them to be able to edit their pages and uploads…so any plug-ins to help maintain other users is appreciated (i already have role manager)
