I’m locked out of my site

Hello, I need some help please. I installed the plug-in and went to the tab to add settings to increase values for file upload, I hadn’t actually added anything to that tab yet and had to close out to go work on something else. The site is locked out, and I can’t get to the plugins to disable the plugin. I also can’t get to my back-up/restore to restore the back up that I made before adding the plug-in. I saw in some other responses that you said to delete everything in the .htaccess file between the # CUSTOM PHP SETTINGS lines, but I have the .htaccess file open and that isn’t in there. So, I’m stuck and not sure which way to go now.
