• It would be good to have a very small blurb on what to do for clients who do not know what Two-factor Authentication is and what app to install.

    Hey @willoftheweb

    Thanks for the kind words.

    The 2fa custom login screen with a detailed explanation of how it works is in our roadmap, but I cannot give you ETA.

    Regards,

    @willoftheweb,

    Agree! In any case, the process is simple. Perhaps you can advise your clients to perform the following:

    (1) Download the Google Authenticator App and follow the instructions within the app.

    (2) If you clients need to add 2FA to a second device (e.g., your iPad in addition to your iPhone), perform the following:

    (a) Open Google Authenticator (GA) in the device it was previously installed.
    (b) Tap the Meatballs Menu (i.e., three dots)
    (c) Click on “Export accounts”
    (d) Click on “continue”
    (e) Check the 2FA account you want to export. In this case SG Security.
    (f) A QR code will appear on the screen.
    (g) Install GA on the second device.
    (h) Using GA on your second device, scan the QR obtained from (f).

    Voila!
