I’m having trouble updating the Ultimate Member plugin.

    When I update it I get this error message:

    Ultimate Member version 2.1.12 needs to be updated to work correctly.
    It is necessary to update the structure of the database and options that are associated with Ultimate Member 2.1.12.
    Please visit “Upgrade” page and run the upgrade process.

    but when we visit the page it won’t upgrade

    Did you click on the “Upgrade” button when you visit the Upgrade page?
