    Hi, I’m having trouble optimizing images. They are sent to the cloud server, they are counted there, the limit is removed, but I don’t get the images back. I see “Last Optimized Images No history available” in the cloud dashboard. In my admin, the images remain in unfinished data.

    I have 400 images in unfinished, when I try to send more, I see the error “You have too many requested images. Try again in a few minutes.”

    Could it be that they don’t need to be optimized? But then why do I get the limit removed and the images remain in unfinished data?

    I disabled my security plugin functions, it can’t get in the way.

    I made a report, its number is MFHHJSSN . Domain ID – 1020353.

    P.S. I have limits and have a domain key, of course.

    please try “clean up unfinished data” and then send again , then note down the time in UTC , I will check the log from server , see what log says.

    I cleared the unfinished data at 19-25 UTC today , then sent 200 images manually. I had the whole hosting thing hang for a while. Then I used auto-query and everything seemed to be fine. After 400 unfinished no more attempts for me.

    I see that I now have 2207 unfinished, which is all that should have been optimized.

    Yes, that time I was asked for access to the admin, I gave it immediately. Now I gave it to you again.
