I’m having some frustrating issues

I’ve created a page and a set of sub pages. The Social networking sub page is not lined up right. This is the best I can get it lined up and this is done in HTML mode with <br />. If I try to edit this in visual mode it’s worse even if I go into visual mode for a sec it reverts back and removes all editing I did in HTML mode.

How do all of you do this?

Would it be smart to use tables?
