I’m having problems to see offers

I downloaded Google Listings & Ads in my woocommerce and I would like to ask Why I don’t see the offers of the products in Merchant Center. I don’t have coupons, the offers we have is just discounts in some products.

While using Google Listings & Ads in your WooCommerce, if you’re not seeing the offers of the products in the Merchant Center, it could be due to a few reasons.

Please ensure that your products are correctly synced with Google Merchant Center. Also, check if your discounts are properly set up in WooCommerce and if they meet the Google Merchant Center’s requirements for promotional offers.

Additionally, Google may take some time to process and display new information, so there could be a delay.

Actually, when I created an account in Merchant Center, I saw the discounts in the products. Everything was ok. But since it didnt’t show all the products, I downloaded Google Listings & Ads. In our woocommerce we created the offers with Woo Discount Rules and seems it doesn’t work well with Google Listings & Ads. What should I do?

I’m not sure if these images show what do you need. One is from the Discout Rules with the kind os discounts we have. And another one is from Merchant Center, but the discounts you see I updated manually.

I already wrote to the Woo Discount Rules support and they wrote me: “At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not have an integration with the Google Listings Ads plugin. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, as it is not a feature we offer, we are unable to assist you from our end. However, we suggest reaching out to the Google Listings Ads plugin team for further assistance with this matter.”

I understand you’d need to have certain products at discounted prices. Correct?

Given the incompatibility of the?Woo Discount Rules?plugin with your store’s setup, feel free to proceed as follows:

• Disable and delete it
• Utilize the core functionality of the product CSV Importer and Exporter, with WooCommerce, in order to manage the pricing of your store’s products in bulk
