    In the HelpScout sidebar for each customer now I’m getting “Moved Permanently” instead of the information, It used to work without issues, all keys are the same, I tested with dummy data and it works correctly in the browser but it is not working inside HelpScout.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi r3b3lspy, thanks for reaching out.

    I myself am not experiencing this. Could I ask you to set up the app in Help Scout again to see if this throws an issue or might resolve it?

    “Moved permanently” is also the return of the 301 HTML status code. Maybe there is some redirection happening on your server that you forget about.
