    I have this error and I can’t enter access key.

    Errors:

    2023-03-21 07:54:23: Access key validating: Unknown access key.

    2023-03-21 07:54:48: Getting access key automatically: SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service.

    Hello, @pleasure94.

    Did you click the button of getting the key automatically? Most likely the email address or the website URL is already taken.

    Please, add your website and get your Access key manually. The guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/add-website

    AH I see I’m using the Anti-Spam plugin with automatic access key, and I installed the security plugin and I think I can’t get 2 access keys with the free version of my account. ( I guess I need to subscribe ).

    It’s possible to add several websites under a CleanTalk Trial License. Each website will have its own Access key. It’s true for the Anti-Spam service and for the Security service as well.
