To identify the cause of the error, you can check the stripe error logs. Go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs > and check in eh_stripe_pay_dead log in corresponding date.

If you need any help with checking the logs, please share log by copying it in https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com and share the link via our support forum.
