  • I have tried to deactive, delete and install again. Same issue.

Perhaps I’ve missed something. But I can’t figure out what to do regarding @bobcatou’s method?

In that case contact your hosting provider and tell them you can’t access jquery.cookie.js although it’s uploaded and ask them to check in mod_security.

A quick and “dirty” way to find out if your issue is Modsecurity is to go to your Cpanel and deactivate Modsecurity. in your Cpanel See image. https://www.evernote.com/l/AALy203fYuJOfpU63nUKPlhQZYlzuKTj9LQ

This will deactivate all rules and should resolve the problem, if it is a rule. You ideally want to just whitelist or deactivate one rule but that has to be done through WHM or your webhost.

The latest version fixes the modsecurity issue once and for all ?? So no need to mess with anything, just upgrade GMW.
