I’m encountering a significant LCP problem

    Hello everyone,

    I’m experiencing an LCP issue on this website: https://reat.com.br/ TTFB is 22%.

    I have the free version of Hummingbird and I don’t understand why the LCP is high if the content is cached.

    Some people might think it’s the image. I’ve already removed the image and tested it. The LCP remains high.

    I have the Google Site Kit installed on the website. Do you think it could be a cache bypass issue?

    I’m a bit disappointed. Hummingbird appears ineffective in addressing this issue. What do you suggest?

    Hi @joaogoyab

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Based on PageSpeed Insights the LCP is only related to that top image with caption. Are you able to create a staging site where that top image with caption will be removed and share a link on your next reply so we can compare that again on PageSpeed Insights?

    Hi Kris, how are you?
    Thank you for your help.

    I removed the hero from the website, the LCP decreased by 2 seconds in the test I did.
    In my opinion, it’s still high.

    I can’t leave the website without the image and caption for too long.
    I’m going to create a copy, I’ll send you the link.

    I wish I could add an image. I would send you the screenshot then.

    But, thanks again for the help. I’ll send you the link as soon as I make a copy of the site.
