My old account seems to be gone and I can’t find a way to re-register. The only links I can find are to login.

I’m confused with the latest update. You site says
    * Simple Comments is the official replacement for Spam Free WordPress.

Do we have to do anything or just click the Simple Comments provides nearly perfect spam protection! button and we are set.

On a separate note, it would have been much better to have the box automatically checked for us, since comments won’t work with out it checked.

I thought I should clarify that the Simple Comments has to be checked or this message is given
Click back and type in the correct password. (Spam Free WordPress)

-without it checked no password field shows.

The checkbox you described was removed in version 2.1, and the setting the checkbox applied to is now a default setting.

Simple Comments is the pro version replacement for Spam Free WordPress. I made this clearer in version 2.1.

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I just updated to Version 2.1 and I get:

Click back and type in the correct password. (Spam Free WordPress)

There is no password form area.

Also I still can’t find a way to register at your site. Only to log in or retrieve a password.

I have identified the problem with the update that caused this, and emailed the info to the plugin author. I believe the breakage was unintentional. In the meantime, the plugin has been de-listed to prevent any further breakages. When the author fixes the plugin and contacts us, we will re-list it.

I made an unfortunate mistake with a hook in SFW. I have fixed it in the new version. My apologies.

    Kind regards,

    Todd

my site https://www.deckutah.com has had its front page replaced by the message that’s noted above. I’m not sure how to act on this but I obviously don’t want my site to be down because of it. Do I need to disable your plugin or do you have a fix?

Also, where is the plugin? I don’t see it under my Plugin menu in WordPress.

    @fenceutah,

Please contact me directly, so we can get this fixed ASAP.
