I’m adding pages but they don’t appear on line

  • Hi guys, I was wondering if you can help!

    I am completely inexperienced when it come to building and designing websites but an acquaintance of mine suggested I use Freehostia.

    Anyway the point being is that I want to add pages on to my website like Location, Contuc Us , Services etc etc and even though I add these on the control panel, they don’t appear on the actual webpage. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?

  • not sure if you’re using wordpress – Control panel?? do you mean dashboard? freehostia ?? This forum is for users of www.remarpro.com. You might want to try wordpress.com which is a pretty simple to setup and use version of www.remarpro.com …. go to google video and type wordpress.com in and have a watch

    ps i wouldnt add my email address to forums if i were you – spam bots will take it and spam you… almost sure this forum gives the option to either subscribe to threads or receive notifications of posts which is much better – if you are puttin your mail up you coudl do it like my.email AT domain.com which is better than nothing … just my 2c

    You need to put <?php wp_list_pages(); ?> wherever (it will be a file in your theme folder) you want your pages to appear. This article explains how to use it.
