#Illegal string offset ‘to’ warning

    After I installed and activated wp-mail logging plugin, my site got disrupted. On whatever link I click on this is what I see:

    Literally, there is nothing I can do now with my site

    Some plugin is using the wp_mail function terribly wrong.
