Illegal string offset 'id' error suddenly

    Site WAS working with Imagemapper until suddenly last week, now all pages with imagemaps throw the following error:

    Warning: Illegal string offset 'id' in E:\web\public_html\case42\TRAILMEISTER\wp-content\plugins\imagemapper\imagemapper.php on line 391

    Any ideas? My client is furious, as we have hundreds of imagemaps in the site.
