Illegal offset error in functions.php

  • The plugin works great once it’s going but FYI it seems to be generating a php error:

    Warning: Illegal offset type in /Users/paulmorris/Sites/shyamala/wp-content/plugins/shift8-full-navigation/components/functions.php on line 27

    Also I couldn’t get anything to show up until I filled out all the fields with colours and font sizes etc. Is that normal?

    php 7.1.25
    Wordpress 5.2.3
    Firefox 69.0.3
    Safari 13
    Chrome 77.0.3865.120
