    Tried Elementor and found it did not meet my website’s needs. I did not select autopay, but was charged anyway. Company refused refund – even though plug in was not activated, and had not been used. I provided a screenshot of my email, showing I was not notified, and they could not provide proof they did notify. If you look at their FB page, you will see many similar complaints.
    Their customer service is horrible, and billing practices are illegal. As someone who creates many websites, I would not use, nor recommend Elementor to anyone.

    Similar issue here. I actually had hit auto-renew, but I was not notified. I received the charge and contacted them right away. They were incredibly rigid and unwilling to budge. Never have experienced something like this in the WordPress community.
