  • Instructions in the dashboard are confusing and don’t match Facebook.

    And Facebook asks too much information which is frankly none of their business

    Furthermore, this plugin leaves tracks all over facebook and instagram that are almost impossible to find. I haven’t been able to connect my facebook and insta accounts in Meta business suite since installing and uninstalling this plugin.

    I am sure you noticed, but I am not Facebook. So what can I do?

    Instructions are confusing and don’t match Facebook.

    It’s a huge amount of work to do this. I did my best to explain how to create Facebook app and how to link to it. Facebook changes their process all the time so it’s difficult for me to analyze the process again and again (and it also depends on the country/language) just to update the documentation.

    However, this is a free product. So why not trying to discuss with the developers, who are behind this free plugin? Why not opening the dialogue, sharing your issues in the Support Threads, and wait for us to come back to you?

    Motivating and helping the developers behind such projects could bring you a fantastic free tool. By badly reviewing it, you are helping commercial solutions that will only become more and more expensive.
