IIS -> Upload file, incorrect permissions

Hello,

My environment is such that I am using PHP 5.3.2, with MySQL 5.1.48 on Windows Server 2008, IIS 7.

I’m experiencing an issue whereby when an image is uploaded, the file is uploaded with incorrect permissions. The file is uploaded via the flash uploader, however, the permissions for the IIS access user, IIS_IUSRS is set to special, and no read/read + execute permissions is set, leading to a HTTP 500 when trying to get the file.

Has anyone experienced this before, and know what can be done to resolve this?
