    In creating a ticket from an email the plugin ignores the ‘reply to’ header info. Unlike my email client (Horde) which correctly shows the reply to email address as the address to which a return email will be sent, this plugin only shows the address of the address from which the email was sent. This is a huge problem, which makes it impossible to use with plugins such as Contact Form 7.

    This issue is fixed in the latest version 1.5.2. Kindly update the plugin to use this feature.
