Ignoring my logo & splash screen on Xiaomi

Adding a Home screen shortcut on my Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus shows WordPress logo (not mine) and the splash screen also shows the WordPress logo on a grey background.

However, everything shows correctly on an ancient Google Nexus 7.
