    I paid for the pro version of this and I see it’s still being updated.

    I’ve had one question and one significant problem with my license code which prevents me using this on one of my sites.

    I’ve sent 2 tickets and a follow-up email. It’s been 3 weeks already and yet I’ve not had any response.

    THEIR LACK OF AFTER-SALE SUPPORT IS INEXCUSABLE.

    Please do not complain about the Pro version in a review for the Free version.
    If you are not satisfied with the Paid version support open a PayPal case.

    I think Fabiens response here really sums up their attitude to their customer service.

    Fabian has always responded well. Give him a break he is only trying to direct people to the proper channel for their product.
