Ignored when asked for refund

Hello,

I was using a free theme called HEROIC, from webriti, then I upgraded to Quality Pro and they simply can’t comply with what I was using on the free version. I talked with them and they told me that in fact they can’t comply with what I was using on the free version. What sense makes this? You buy the pro version to have more extras not to loose some. We are in this for 2 months. About 20 days after buying it I requested my money back and they simply stop answering me. How can I solve this? Can you help please? I just want to use the free version or another Theme as they took one of the most important tools for me in a website.
