• Paid for the pro version and it doesn’t work with subscriptions (removes subscription coupons and weirdly changes variation/price…) and clashes with Memcached as well (after one order the upsell doesn’t work anymore). We’ve been liaising with their support for over a year. We paid for the plugin for a year and couldn’t use it because it didn’t work. We didn’t ask for a refund at the time because we didn’t expect that in over a year they wouldn’t be able to fix the issues. We followed up a dozen times and were always told the team is still looking into it. When the subscription renewed we immediately asked for a refund as we hadn’t been able to use the plugin. We didn’t cancel prior as we were hopeful their team would finally be able to fix the issues. Our chat message to their support went unanswered so we followed up via email. Three times. The emails were completely ignored so we took this up with our credit card provider to dispute the charge. Suddenly the team was able to respond to the credit card provider (not to us) to say that they responded to us and we ignored them which is the opposite of what happened.

    I’m sure the plugin works for some, and the developers seem somewhat interested in helping though they weren’t able to fix any of our issues. We have probably exchanged close to 100 WhatsApp messages and emails with them and have created various staging sites. I’m shocked, however, that they blatantly lied about getting back to us about the refund request and are refusing to even consider a refund when we paid for two years and the plugin hasn’t worked for a day.
